Just a little test here. I had a night of booze and recreation last night…which I also had the night before. I do not like sleeping past 7 or 8 in the morning except when I am on holiday.

So I was up at 6:20am this morning-Slightly Hungover.   I was in Ralph’s around 8am and wanted some organic fruits to clean me out due to the hangover I had.   As I looked at the 10 different varieties of Apples I found myself challenged on which ones to pick.   I asked the Produce worker which Apples he liked the most and were the sweetest…much to my surprise, Juan, the produce worker not only recommended several seasonal hybrid apples, he cut into one excitedly and said, ” This is the seasonal Honey suckle apple” (or honey something?)  He had me taste the apple and then gave it to me.  Now, I thought to myself, here is a genuine, nice, knowledgable person in L.A.  That takes pride in his job.  Awesome.  Had it been later in the day I might not have had the luxury of meeting such a person. What I think I am trying to say is that despite a night of boozing or unfavorable events, the beautiful thing is we can start the day fresh and the energy of the morning-no matter where you are-is far better than the afternoon.
